Return & Refund Policy

At Trendora Collection, your satisfaction matters. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the terms below.

1. Return Period

You may return any item within 7 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

2. Conditions

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories. Please keep your order number as proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Products made to your specifications, perishable goods, opened or used digital content, and personal care items once opened (for health and safety reasons).

4. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.

5. Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. For defective or wrong items, we cover it.

6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

7. Late Delivery

If your order is delayed by more than 15 days, you may cancel it and receive a full refund.

8. How to Return

سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد

في Trendora Collection رضاك يهمنا. إذا لم تكن راضيًا عن طلبك، يمكنك إرجاعه وفق الشروط التالية.

1. مدة الإرجاع

يحق لك إرجاع أي منتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلامه دون ذكر السبب.

2. الشروط

أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية وفي عبوته الأصلية مع جميع الملحقات، مع الاحتفاظ برقم الطلب كإثبات للشراء.

3. منتجات لا يمكن إرجاعها

المنتجات المصنّعة حسب طلب العميل، والمنتجات سريعة التلف، والمحتوى الرقمي بعد فتحه أو استخدامه، ومنتجات العناية الشخصية بعد فتحها لأسباب صحية.

4. المنتجات المعيبة أو الخاطئة

إذا استلمت منتجًا تالفًا أو معيبًا أو مختلفًا عن طلبك، تواصل معنا خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام مع إرفاق صور. سنستبدله أو نرد لك المبلغ كاملًا دون أي تكلفة عليك.

5. رسوم شحن الإرجاع

عند الإرجاع دون وجود عيب يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن، أما في حالة المنتج المعيب أو الخاطئ فنتحملها نحن.

6. الاسترداد

بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه نرد المبلغ خلال 14 يومًا بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية. وفي طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام يتم الاسترداد عبر التحويل البنكي.

7. تأخر التوصيل

إذا تأخر طلبك أكثر من 15 يومًا، يحق لك إلغاؤه واسترداد المبلغ كاملًا.
